Company Cam by UPro for ZOHO CRM - User Guide
CompanyCam for Zoho is the first extension for contractors to easily track job progress with one click of a button.
Prerequisites for Company Cam Connect by Upro
1. Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition or higher.
2. Company Cam Account and Access Token
3. Zoho CRM Super Admin
Navigate to https://app.companycam.com/access_tokens and copy or create a new Access Token Which will
be needed in extension settings for Company Cam Authentication.
How to install Company Cam Connect by Upro for Zoho CRM
1. In Zoho CRM navigate to Setup > Marketplace.
2. Search for Company Cam Connect by Upro.
3. Click Install
4. Agree to the terms of service & Authorize Company Cam Connect to access your data as required.
• Install for all users.
• Choose Profiles
6. Click Confirm
7. On Next Page select to Buy the extension or take a 10–day free trial.
8. On the configuration page, Navigate to Extension settings and enter Access Token and hit save:
9. Check if CC Access Token Status is VALID, if not VALID, check and re–enter the Access Token.
How to Use ‘Company Cam Connect'
Link a Deal or Quote with a project
CC Projects
Fields description for CC Project module:
1. Project Name – the name of the project in the Company Cam app.
2. Project ID – id of the Project in Company Cam
3. Deal – any associated deals record.
4. Quote – any associated quotes record.
5. Contact – any associated contact for deals record.
6. Address Fields – Address of the Project in Company Cam.
To link a Deal or a quote record to a company Cam Project, click the Link CC Project button in the custom
button’s dropdown.
• Select one of the listed projects and click Link Project Button to associated it with that deal or quote record.
• You will be redirected to CC Projects module where a record for the same will be created with fields containing the information described above. Also, a CC Project related record will be added to the related Deal or Quote.
• Any labels in Company Cam Project will be added as tags in CC Projects Module.
• Project Notepad will be added to the Notes in CC Projects.
Create a Company Cam Project from Zoho CRM Deals or Quotes
To create a Company Cam Project from Deal or a Quote record, click the Link CC Project button in the custom button’s dropdown.
• A widget will get invoked displaying the available projects in the associated contact’s street address or account’s street address.
• To create a new project in Company Cam, click the Create New Project & Link button, a new Project will be created in Company cam with name of the Deal or Quote record and the address for the associated contact or Account.
• You will be redirected to CC Projects module where a record for the same will be created with fields containing the information described above. Also, a CC Project related record will be added to the related Deal or Quote.
Download Photos / Documents
To download Photos or Documents from Company Cam Projects in your Zoho CRM, Make sure you have linked a Company Cam Project with a deal or a quote record check above:
1. For any deal or quote navigate to CC Projects related list and select the required record.
2. You will be redirected to CC Project record, click the Download from CC button in the custom button’s dropdown
3. A widget will be displayed with button to view the Photos or Documents.
4. Click Photos button to display the photos in company cam. Click the Down Arrow button to download the individual image.
5. Or select multiple images and click Download All button to download all the selected images on the page.
6. Similarly click Documents to list the documents in the Company Cam Project and use the download arrow button or download all button by selecting multiple documents.
• Any labels added in company cam Project will get reflected as CC Projects tags in Zoho CRM.
Uninstalling the extension
1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All > Installed.
2. Under All Installed Application, find Company Cam Connect by Upro and select option to Uninstall.
3. Click Ok to confirm and uninstall the Company Cam Connect extension.
